This mechanism ceased its activity in 2004. From that date, SOTUGAR has continued to manage only the balance of the fund’s commitments to banks in respect of loans covered by the Fund. As a result of repayments totaling 4.5 million Dinars (TND) made between 2004 and 2012 on behalf of the FNE, the amount available at 31 December 2018 was TND 1.855 million, excluding accrued investment income of DT 0.013 million.
